Dylan Todd

Senior Development Executive

With over 18 years' experience in entertainment development, Dylan Todd has helped shape some of the UK's most successful and exportable formats across games, quiz, unscripted and digital entertainment.

He has created and developed formats including The Cube (Objective for ITV, 9 series) — the BAFTA-winning global hit sold to more than 15 countries — as well as The Answer Run (BBC Studios for BBC, 2 series), Britain's Brightest Family (Gameface for ITV, 4 series), Alphabetical (Gameface for ITV, 2 series), Groundhog Date (Gameface for ITV4), Cleverdicks (Splash for Sky Atlantic) and Snapshot (BBC Studios for RTÉ). Dylan's development credits also include What's in the Box (Rollercoaster for Netflix), The Weakest Link with Romesh Ranganathan (BBC Studios for BBC), and Jetzt Knels's (BBC Studios for RTL Germany).

Currently at Curve Media, Dylan is developing a major gameshow for a leading network, building on his track record of launching first series and taking formats from concept through to commission and production.

With sharp editorial instincts and a deep understanding of audience engagement, Dylan specialises in designing formats built on strong repeatable mechanics, genuine jeopardy and broad appeal. He has excellent relationships with commissioners across major UK broadcasters and global streamers including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Netflix and Amazon, and is comfortable pitching to Creative Heads and commissioning editors at the highest level. He has collaborated with leading production companies such as BBC Studios, ITV Studios and Banijay.

Equally at home developing high-stakes physical formats, studio-based quiz shows or relationship-led entertainment, Dylan combines creative innovation with commercial pragmatism — ensuring every project has the potential to succeed both domestically and internationally. His expertise translates seamlessly from linear broadcast to digital and streaming platforms, adapting format thinking to work across all media.
