Clair is a BAFTA-nominated programme maker with a strong track record of delivering high-profile, large-scale Entertainment and Factual Entertainment programming across both the UK and US markets. She has served as a senior creative on some of the world’s biggest television franchises, including America’s Got Talent, Britain’s Got Talent, The X Factor, Strictly Come Dancing and World of Dance.
Having grown up creatively with heritage brands like Got Talent and The X Factor, Clair has played a key role in shaping their global success. Her lifelong passion for music and performance informs her instinctive understanding of what connects talent with audiences around the world. These iconic formats are embedded in her career, and she continues to bring deep creative insight and leadership to every project she undertakes.
Clair is experienced in leading productions across studio, location, fixed-rig, and post, with a speciality in talent-led formats, multi-camera shoots, and complex edits. Her editorial instincts, passion for narrative arc and production leadership have helped shape award-winning, prime-time content for both UK and US audiences. She has also worked closely with world-renowned talent, including Simon Cowell, Jennifer Lopez, and Ant & Dec.
Recently returning to the UK, Clair has launched multiple first-series from concept to screen for broadcasters including ITV and Sky One. She has also been a creative consultant on format development, contributing to projects such as Little Mix: The Search for Modest TV and Stars on Mars for Thames.
Clair has also consulted on the development and international rollout of new and existing global formats. Her work has taken her around the world — from Saudi Arabia and China to Chile, Denmark, and Turkey — supporting creative development, production setup, and editorial consistency for networks such as Dubai TV, Canal 10 (Uruguay), and RTL4 (Netherlands). She has collaborated with production partners across the Fremantle Global Entertainment portfolio on hit franchises including The Masked Singer, The X Factor, and Got Talent. Her credits span major broadcasters and platforms including NBC, ITV, and the BBC.
